3 carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, diced
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
50 oz. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
8 oz. rotini pasta
Put vegetables in crockpot. Add chicken. Add water and bouillon cubes. Add seasonings. Cover and cook on low 8 hours, or on high 5 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot. Add noodles, turn to high and heat about 20 minutes while you shred the chicken. Return chicken to crockpot and heat through.
