Braciola

1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
3 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
salt and pepper to taste
3 T. vegetable oil
32 oz. spaghetti sauce

Pound steak to 1/2" thick. Rub with garlic and sprinkle with cheese and parsley, leaving a small border around the edges. Place bacon pieces evenly over steak and season with salt and pepper. Roll up from narrow end, and tie tightly with twine. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown roll on all sides, 1-2 minutes a side. Pour in spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, covered, 60-90 minutes until tender.
