Cheesy Chicken Casserole

2 cups dry shell macaroni
3-4 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 lb. cubed yellow cheddar cheese
crushed potatoes chips or buttered crumbs

Sauce:

1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup flour
3 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small chopped onion
garlic powder
salt and pepper




Preheat oven to 350°. Cook macaroni according to directions and drain. Stir together chicken, cheese and sauce ingredients. Pour into a shallow baking pan. Bake until bubbly, about 35-40 minutes. Durign last 5 minutes in oven, sprinkle crumbs over top of casserole. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
