4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Mix well. Store in an airtight container. Use this as a substitute for store bought pumpkin pie spice.
Yield: 7 1/2 teaspoons.
