Pumpkin Bars

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking soda
1 can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:

1 package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2-1/2 to 3 cups powdered sugar

Combine the cake ingredients together and pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. After the bars are completely cooled, mix the frosting ingredients together and frost the bars. Cut into bite size pieces.
