Hamburger Rice Skillet

1 lb. hamburger
2 T. dry onions, soaked
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
2 1/4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups frozen corn
1 can cream of whatever soup

Brown burger and onion; drain. Add all remaining ingredients except corn and soup. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until done (about 20 minutes). Add corn, soup, and 3/4 can of water. Stir in for 5-10 minutes, until heated through.
