Crock Pot Chicken with Bacon

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 T. flour
4 bacon slices

Wrap one uncooked bacon slices around each chicken piece and put them in the crockpot. Mix sour cream, undiluted soup and flour and pour over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
