Roast Turkey

20-22 lb. turkey
4 oranges
2 onions
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 T. butter, melted

Heat oven to 325°. Remove insides, rinse turkey inside and out with cold water, and pay dry. Toss together oranges, onions, bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Place turkey breast-side down in large roasting pan. Fill with orange mixture. Brush with butter. Roast 3 to 3 3/4 hours.
