Chocolate Kiss Cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
additional sugar
powdered sugar
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
Hershey's Milk Chocolate filled with Hot Cocoa Creme Kisses

Beat butter and 2/3 cup sugar until well blended. Beat in egg yolk, milk, and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture, beating until well blended. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour. Heat oven to 350°. Shape dough into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and gently press thumb in center of each cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes or just until cookie is set. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely. Dust cookies with powdered sugar. Lightly spray the inside of a ziploc bag with cooking spray. Spoon marshmallow creme into the bag. Snip a corner off the bag. Pipe about 1/2 tsp. creme into the center of each cookie. Press a chocolate kiss into the marshmallow creme.
