Gooey Caramel Rolls

2 loaves refrigerated bread dough, thawed
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup whipping cream

Whisk together brown sugar and whipping cream until there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 and turn to coat the bottom. Roll bread dough out on a floured surface into a 12"x6" rectangle. Roll up jelly roll style starting at one of the short ends. Slice into 1" slices. Arrange them in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining bread loaf and then cover the pan with plastic wrap and allow to rise until it touches the top of the pan. Uncover and bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes; let cool slightly and then place a serving tray tightly over the pan. Invert the rolls and spoon any remaining sauce over the top.
