5 T. butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cans (14 oz.) chicken broth
turkey juices
In large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and cook 3 minutes, stirring. Whisk in broth. Increase heat to medium-high, and bring broth to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, adn let simmer 15 minutes, stirring often. When ready to serve, add juices and heat to just boiling.
